1. Return Eligibility

You can initiate a return or refund request within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

Please note:

  • For returns initiated due to a change of mind or personal preference, the reverse shipping and handling costs will be borne by the buyer.

  • For returns due to a defective or incorrect product, the reverse shipping and handling costs will be covered by One Spot Home Store.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be in resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice included.

  • Products that are damaged, altered, or used by the customer will not be accepted.

  • The return must be securely packed in a protective box to prevent damage during transit.

  • The return shipment must include the actual product, all accessories (if any), and the original invoice.

  • Returns should be requested via email with clear product images to verify eligibility.

3. Inspection and Confirmation

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it for compliance with the return conditions mentioned above.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your return has been approved or rejected.

4. Refunds and Credit Notes

  • For defective or damaged products:
    A full refund will be initiated within 3–4 working days of receiving the returned item.
    The refunded amount will be processed through our payment partner and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

  • For returns due to customer preference (dislike or change of mind):
    A credit note for the order amount will be issued.
    The credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.
    Please note that in this case, no direct refund will be provided.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
