Orders placed after 6:00 PM (IST) will be processed on the next working day.
“Business days” refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding any national or state holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch) are as follows:

These timelines are indicative only. Delivery may take longer due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. An incomplete or incorrect address may lead to delays or non-delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available for prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, or for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, standard shipping charges will apply and will be shown at checkout.
4. Delivery Conditions & Delays
Deliveries are subject to courier partner schedules, operational constraints, and local delivery conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

5. Tracking Your Order

Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address during the expected delivery window to accept the package.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts & Return to Sender
If the delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to us.
If the parcel is returned, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-shipment or may choose to cancel the order (with applicable deductions).
Please contact us as soon as you become aware of any delivery issues to minimize inconvenience.
7. International Shipments
Currently, we ship within India only.
If you are located outside India, please contact us to discuss possible options (which may include additional shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes).
We are not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply for international shipments.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
